Our sweet spot is in Construction and Job Costing reports – this makes up 40% of our customer projects. Another 35% are custom financial statements, especially when you need to consolidate multiple QuickBooks files. The rest of our time is spent on creating amazing Inventory & Sales reports – and anything else you may dream up.
QuickBooks should allow you to get the reports you need easily and quickly without any “data gymnastics”. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Exporting to Excel and formatting reports takes up way too much time! We know you have better things to do. At Datisfy, we’ve devoted our entire careers to solving this common bottleneck. We love solving data puzzles, and we’ve been doing it for a really long time! We ask our prospective customers to send us a mock-up of their “Dream Report” – because we literally dream about how to design the best reports. Seriously – we solve the challenging ones while we sleep.

Affectionately known in the industry as the Crystal Reports Goddess, with a report design background of over 24 years. After her first experience designing a very complex split commission report for QuickBooks, someone introduced her to QQube – it was a match made in heaven, and Datisfy Inc. was born. Way back in the day, her first boss in the tech world called her a customer service zealot. That’s pretty accurate. She attends and presents at conferences like “Scaling New Heights” and “QuickBooks Connect” to continue learning and sharing about QuickBooks, the integrated applications, and the other specialists who could be helpful to Datisfy’s customers.

QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor
After five years of working with QuickBooks data, I decided to try the ProAdvisor certification exam. I passed with 85% without studying (and without being a CA or bookkeeper) – because I’ve HAD to become very knowledgeable about how customers set it up and enter the data! But I mostly did this to demonstrate to fellow ProAdvisors that I’m in this QB world with them and hope to be first in their minds when a customer says “Can you get me a report…”
